Frankie V Polletta

Frankie was a very giving, generous and intelligent young man and the beloved son of Bryan Polletta and Anna Burkart; loving brother of Taryn and Nick Polletta; dear grandson of Karen and Frank Polletta and Don and Helen Blakney; cherished uncle of Tatum Cooks and Jordyn.

On May 6, 2020 Frankie made the decision to take his own life at the young age of 19.  As an avid fisherman, tattoo enthusiast and Harley Davidson Motorcycle Aficionado he was known by all to be a happy and bright young man with everything to live for.

As Frankie’s family struggled to make sense of this tragedy, they decided to create this foundation in his memory in order to prevent suicide and help provide resources to those at risk. We are grateful for the time we had with Frankie and we will forever keep him in our hearts.
